All tools on Sounez are provided free of charge. While we aim to keep them working reliably, the tools are provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any specific purpose.

You are solely responsible for how you use the output from our tools. AI-generated content may be inaccurate - review and edit it before publishing, submitting, or sharing. Always verify important results independently before relying on them.

Smart Packs produce structured drafts (social posts, listings, image SEO fields, launch copy, or study notes). They are suggestions, not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Sounez may refuse or limit requests that violate our usage rules. Do not use Smart Packs to cheat, impersonate others, or generate illegal, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.

Free tools are offered with fair-use limits. Server-backed features may be rate-limited to keep the service available for everyone.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.

Acceptable uses include compressing your own website images, drafting a caption for your own post, creating a QR code for a public page, converting a work document you are allowed to edit, or making study notes from your own class material.

Unacceptable uses include uploading files you do not have permission to process, submitting AI-generated study work as if you wrote it yourself, using generated copy to mislead customers, or trying to overload the service with automated requests.

Many Sounez tools process files and inputs in your browser. For those tools, content stays on your device unless you choose to share it elsewhere.

Comments you submit may be stored for moderation. We may approve, reject, or remove comments at our discretion. Optional email addresses in comments are not shown publicly.
